Why does it say "Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7600" in bottom right corner?

If it is you can try this:

Open a cmd window with administrator rights and run this command:

Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF

Reboot the PC and the test mode should go away.
